We loved our stay! Everything was perfect. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect space for two couples or friends. Location was awesome for getting to food, shopping, and the state park. We liked that both bedrooms had access to a bathroom without leaving each respective bedroom.

The condo was exactly as described. Jason was extremely responsive throughout the booking and stay experience. It was very clean and well stocked. Only one recommendation from the three of us - would be nice to have more towel bars or hooks for towels and cosmetic bags. Otherwise would definitely recommend.

The stay was wonderful - very easy check in, exactly as described. I was impressed with the cleanliness. It was like a hotel with apartment amenities. It is also centrally located, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Overall it was a perfect place for a quick getaway.

Jason’s place is both spacious and well decorated with some extra amenities like coffee and creamer. The showers are beautiful and the bed super comfy. It was extremely clean. We can’t wait for our next visit.

My boyfriend and I wanted a beach getaway in Rehoboth and happened to pick one of the rainiest weekends of the summer so far! Because of that, we ended up staying at the Airbnb a lot more than we expected to and Jason’s place was comfy, enjoyable, and we felt right at home. The bathrooms were very clean and spacious, the kitchen was great to cook in and we really enjoyed one evening on the couch. The location is convenient for both Rehoboth and Lewes and weather aside, we were still able to get out and see the towns, which was a lot of fun. We would love to come back for a true beach weekend another time and would definitely recommend Jason’s property!

The un out was dirty, bedsheets and towels all over the floor, main bedroom was smelly , bed protector had stains all over it, the floor was dirty ; bathrooms were not cleaned. Need a a refund - that was not worth the value of the money we paid for !!!

We had a fantastic weekend stay at Jason's place in Sandpiper Village! Jason was an amazing host – incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout the entire booking process. The condo itself was absolutely perfect. It was sparkling clean, beautifully updated, and very comfortable. We felt right at home! The location couldn't have been better. We were close to everything we needed – just a short drive to the beach and boardwalk, with tons of shops and restaurants right at our fingertips. We spent our days soaking up the sun on the beach and our evenings enjoying delicious meals and exploring the town. Overall, our stay was absolutely perfect, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jason's condo to anyone looking for a fantastic Rehoboth Beach getaway!

Very clean & great location

Perfect place to stay for the weekend. It was everything we hoped for. We needed a place to stay that could fit everyone on a budget and had everything we needed.

The condo is right next to a Wawa and right off Route 1, so all the shops and restaurants are either a left or right turn from the condo. The condo is clean, well furnished, great WiFi access and other great amenities. It myself, my wife and her sister & BIL. Plenty of room for all of us and each room had a TV so you could step away if you wanted to. Condo is on the first floor, which is nice when taking in groceries and after a day of shopping. Great place to have as a home base when having a great time in Rehoboth!

Very nice and clean place. Great location-10 min drive to beach and boardwalk. Just lacked a few accoutrements like some extra paper towels and tissues. Only other thing I would say, which isn’t a negative, I just should have looked a little better- is that there is no tub, so if you have toddlers, it’s a little difficult to bathe them. With that said, the handheld shower head was very helpful in this not so ideal situation. All in all, would recommend!

Jason was an awesome host. He had given very clear instructions how to get to his place but we had been driving all day so didn't follow them correctly. I reached out to Jason and he answered his phone and talked us through the mistake we made staying on the phone until we had reached his place. It was pretty rainy and cold that day and the condo was warm and cozy. Jason knew of problems with the living room tv and, although we told him it wasn't necessary, he brought in a new tv. Overall, a great place to stay with a great host!

This was our second stay at Jason’s, and we couldn’t be happier. Jason was very prompt regarding our needs. He is respectful and kind. Loved the new furnishes and everything was spotless as always. Nice short getaway.

It was a great trip, and a great place to stay. I booked another stay there Positive: The condo was clean, pretty, a good size, had a nice patio, and was close to the beach, and outlets. There were plenty of restaurants, and things to do close by. Negative: Getting into the parking lot was a little confusing at first, but once I figured it out it was no big deal.

We had such a wonderful stay here in Rehoboth Beach. Location was excellent, clean unit, and Jason was quick to respond. We will definitely be staying at this condo again. Thanks again, Jason!

We returned to Jason's this year for the same conference. His place is so beautiful, quiet and convenient to many restaurants, shopping and only 5 to 10 minutes from the beach. He's extremely friendly and communicative and we hope to return again next year! Thanks Jason!

Really nice place. I liked the kitchen a lot. It was well stocked with pots and pans, glasses, dishes etc. I loved the patio. The bed was a bit high for me but that's a minor thing. I guess I'm shorter than I think. I would love to come back in the summer so we can enjoy the beach but it was a great getaway for me and my boyfriend for Valentine's Day. Easy to get to. Quiet and close to shopping.

Jason’s place was very clean and in our opinion looked better than the pictures! There was a good amount of space and many streaming services, we made ourselves right at home here, thanks again!

I would highly recommend Jason's unit. Jason was very responsive and friendly. I had an issue with one of the TVs and Jason sent someone to resolve the issue within an hour. The unit was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again when in the area.

Close to restaurants shopping and the beach

From the location to the amenities, Jason's place was exactly what we were looking for in Rehoboth Beach. Air conditioning, clean space, kitchen well equipped and more. You are close to the beaches and restaurants, yet the condo is located in a quiet neighborhood for a good night sleep. Parking pass in Rehoboth was helpful to get around and park near the beach free of charge. Excellent value for your money, Jason was a great host!

Perfect location for us between Rehoboth and Lewes. Clean and well maintained. Perfect for our family. We had a problem with the one shower and Jason was very responsive and had it taken care of right away. We had a great stay and would stay here again when we are in the area.

Jason's place was very nice and quiet . The area was clean. We made dinner and needed some things he had them in the cabinet beds were comfortable . And bathrooms were nice . The outside really sold us we spent a lot of time out there . Overall I would stay again . He also had towels and rags for us if need be. 10/10!

mildew smell when the AC is not consistently running for example 78 degree hold and inside temp 69 degrees. Reduces when windows are open. Disruptive banging on the door by a strange 3rd night was scary once felt unsafe only one night on the ground level. Overall great location between lewes beach and rehobeth beach was great and walkable food venues and walmart was convenient.

2nd stay here and did not disappoint

This condo was very nice. It was decorated beautifully, welcoming and plenty of room for 2 couples. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean (very impressed with the extra large bath towels!!) Kitchen had everything we needed for the weekend. Instructions for check in and out were precise and very reasonable. We felt very safe even coming in late at night. The condo was very close to the outlets and poplular restaurants. Short drive to the boardwalk and 45 minutes to Harrington Casino if you want to try your luck.

We have stayed at Jason’s place a few times over the past few years. He has always provided excellent instructions and check in has always been easy. His place is always clean, quiet and comfortable. It is away from the hustle and bustle but very easy to drive to everything. The kitchen has everything that you need. It is perfect for two couples traveling together as each can have their own bedroom and bathroom (one with a king bed the other with a queen bed). Whenever we are headed to Rehoboth Beach this is the first place we check for availability.

Place was very clean and easy to find. However, just not as close to Rehoboth as we would have liked. It was our first time visiting and it would have been nice to be in a more walkable location. It’s just off a busy highway. Jason was very responsive and a good host.

Jason gave very detailed instructions for entry, especially liked that we could walk to Wawa for coffee and other things. Great location in general would stay again for a weekend or longer. Place was extremely clean, and Jason’s communication was excellent!! We had a great stay!!!

The condo was just as pictured - nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. It may have been one of the cleanest Airbnb's I've ever stayed in. The beds were comfy (one was even adjustable with a remote control) and the linens and towels were good quality. We appreciated the two bathrooms, large TV with cable and coffee maker. Didn't use the kitchen much but it seemed to be well equipped. The location is convenient to Lewes and Rehoboth though a 15 minute or so drive to each. We did have some communication issues, but that may have been mostly due to the fact that we had a one night stay.

Jason was a great host. His place was fantastic and spacious and so perfect for what we needed. We would come back again!

The home was comfy and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable. Perfect place and location for my needs on this trip. I especially appreciate his attention to deter partying, noise, smoking, and drugs. Super host and a great condo.

We were looking for a last-minute weekend getaway. It was off season, so it was peaceful and quiet. The condo was clean, nicely and simply decorated and comfortable -- probably more suited for adults. Jason was available and accommodating to my requests. I can't speak to what it's like in the complex during the summer season, but the price and location for what we needed was perfect.

Our stay went very smoothly. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms came in very handy since I was traveling with my husband and mother. The space was very clean and well-appointed.

He had a great short stay at Jason's. Great, clean condo that had everything we needed (well, except for sharp cutting knives - we never could find those). Overall a nice place if you are looking for somewhere near Rehoboth/Dewey. It was a short drive to downtown/the beach.

This is an adorable condo that makes you feel like you are at home. Exactly what my family loves when traveling. The check in and out process is simple, the location is great and easy to find, and the area is very quite during the off season. Was perfect for our family of 3 but can easily accommodate a family of 4 or 5 without stepping on each other. Definitely worth looking into again if I am in Rehoboth especially for a baseball tournament.

Jason’s place is as it looks and is centrally located and easy to navigate to and from. We found the beds to be the big flaw here with one of them being so soft with poor fitting, low quality linens. Definitely feel like I could have had a more comfortable stay in a hotel of similar price.

We came down for a wedding and the location was great! Accurate description. Enough space for my husband and I with our newborn and my mom.

I’ll start by saying that previously, I’ve never given any Airbnb property that I’ve stayed at anything other than a positive review. I stayed at Jason’s with my wife and son (2 years old) in August of 2022. This property isn’t 5 stars. Mostly because of some issues with cleanliness. Jason was very responsive, but also was defensive and dismissive (as opposed to apologetic) when these issues were brought to his attention. The things that deserve 5 stars are the location, the ability to use the parking pass when going to the beach in season, the beds - very comfortable and the air conditioning. But that’s it. Don’t expect any amenities.
